Help Poppy Receive Emergency Care
VS-Photograph_20240402_EAM_APTH_Baylie_002_©APathwayToHope

Poppy was just a tiny puppy when she was rescued by a New Orleans city shelter as a stray. She was alone and afraid and hoping for a place to belong. Thankfully she was flown to New Jersey in partnership with iHeartDogs and Greater Good Charities, where she was immediately welcomed into a foster home. Poppy fell ill and when she started to struggle to breathe, her foster mom rushed her to the emergency hospital, where she was put on oxygen, IV antibiotics, and fluids and was diagnosed with a significant case of bacterial pneumonia from her upper respiratory condition. She required multiple nights of hospitalization and medical treatment, which came at a significant cost.

Poppy desperately needs your help right now. She won the hearts of an amazing family (and their pup) who were waiting to adopt Poppy when she fell ill.

She is so close to her second chance. Will you help cover the cost of her medical care, so she can be with her forever family?
